TV DOCUMENTARY SYAHADAH

TV Documentary Syahadah is a program produced by the TV Development & Agriculture Unit of Radio Television Malaysia (RTM). The program enters its fifth season was inaugurated in year 2005 and using both English and Bahasa Malaysia. The 30 minutes program will be aired on the month of Ramadhan on Channel TV 1. 

 The Objectives of the TV Documentary are:

1)     Portraying the Islamic communities’ way of life in their daily routines, beliefs and cultural customs as an inspiration or guidelines. Islam being the pillar of ummah civilisations, bringing lights to the darkness and ignorance.

2)     Syahadah unearth the secrets of Islamic culture through the perspective of Islam Hadhari by learning from the past mujahid and the modern Muslims.

3)     Syahadah is not merely the Islamic creed but a lifestyle that can be used as guidelines to achieve a complete and comprehensive Islamic experience. Education and integrity  are the basis of civilisation.

SHOOTING LOCATION

Based on the good response of the viewers, Syahadah has enters its 5^th year and will be back with another exciting season. The production crew has planned a trip to Central Asia namely Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Tajikistan. According to initial research the countries chosen have a large population of Islamic citizens that are involve in the socio economic development of their respective countries. The countries also boost a respective and wide range of Islamic historical sites and history from the earlier Muslim empires. The historical sites will be the main focus for an interesting depiction to attract viewers as well as tourists.

The peak of the program is the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration in Uzbekistan whereby all Malaysians will gather at the Official Residence of the Ambassador of Malaysia in Tashkent.
