LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
FOR THE APPLICATION OF A SINGLE ENTRY (SEV) VISA
AT THE EMBASSY OF MALAYSIA IN TASHKENT, UZBEKISTAN

1. Passport – valid for at least six (6) months upon arrival to Malaysia;
2. Visa Application form – One (1) copy to be filled in English and to paste one (1) 3 cm x 4 cm passport size photo on the form;

3. Attachments required with the Application form based on the following purpose:

1. For the Purpose of Study

Visa with Reference (VDR/Visa Approval Letter from the Immigration Department or Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC);

2. For the Purpose of Work

Visa with Reference (VDR/ Visa Approval Letter from the Immigration Department or Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC);

3.        For the Purpose of Social Visit

Invitation Letter from Malaysia and copy of passport or identity card (ID) of the inviting party;

4. For the stateless person

Guarantee Letter from a Malaysian Tour Company/Agency, hotel voucher and letter from the place of work.

4. Air ticket – A copy of an air ticket with the stamp of an airline ticket office/tour company;
5. Passport – A copy of the Main Page;
6. Consular Fee – USD 6.00 for citizens of Uzbekistan (defected USD notes will not be accepted);
7. Additional documents might be requested upon consideration of visa.
8. Visa Processing Time – 3 to 4 working days, provided all required documents are complete and submitted accordingly.
9. The Embassy is not committed and responsible to issue visa if application is not submitted as per the duration stipulated above.
10. Visa Hours – Monday to Friday

10.00 – 12.00 hours (for submission of documents)

and 14.30 – 16.00 hours (for collection of documents)
