HEBAHAN KEPADA RAKYAT MALAYSIA DI LUAR NEGARA BERKAITAN PERMOHONAN UNDI POS LUAR NEGARA DI BAWAH KATEGORI 1B BAGI PILIHAN RAYA UMUM (PRU) DEWAN UNDANGAN NEGERI (DUN) JOHOR ΚΕ-16
1. Susulan pembubaran Dewan Negeri Johor Ke-15 pada 1 Jun 2026, Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya Malaysia (SPR) ingin memaklumkan mengenai tatacara dan tarikh-tarikh penting berhubung permohonan undi pos dalam dan luar negara bagi pelaksanaan Pilihan Raya Umum (PRU) Dewan Negeri Johor Ke-16.
2. Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa permohonan undi pos bagi semua kategori, termasuk Kategori 1B (Luar Negara) bagi pelaksanaan PRU Dewan Negeri Johor Ke-16 telah mula dibuka pada 5 Jun 2026 (Jumaat).
3. Kelayakan permohonan undi pos Kategori 1B ini adalah tertakluk kepada syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan oleh SPR seperti berikut:
3.1 Merupakan seorang pemilih berdaftar yang mengundi di mana-mana Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri Johor; dan
3.2 Tinggal di luar negara.
4. Semua permohonan hendaklah dibuat secara dalam talian (online) sepenuhnya melalui portal MySPR. Bagi tujuan ini, pemilih yang layak dan berhasrat mengundi secara pos hendaklah mendaftar akaun MySPR melalui pautan https://myspr.spr.gov.my. Bersama-sama ini dilampirkan Panduan Permohonan Undi Pos Secara Dalam Talian (Online) - Pengundi Luar Negara . ANNOUNCEMENT TO MALAYSIANS ABROAD REGARDING APPLICATIONS FOR OVERSEAS POSTAL VOTES UNDER CATEGORY 1B FOR THE JOHOR STATE ASSEMBLY (DUN) GENERAL ELECTION (GE) KE-16
1. Following the dissolution of the 15th Johor State Assembly on 1 June 2026, the Election Commission of Malaysia (EC) would like to inform you about the procedures and important dates regarding applications for postal votes within and outside the country for the implementation of the 16th Johor State Assembly General Election (GE).
2. It is hereby informed that applications for postal votes for all categories, including Category 1B (Overseas) for the implementation of the 16th Johor State Assembly GE have been opened on 5 June 2026 (Friday).
3. Eligibility for Category 1B postal vote applications is subject to the conditions set by the EC as follows:
3.1 Be a registered voter who votes in any Johor State Constituency; and
3.2 Living abroad.
4. All applications must be made entirely online via the MySPR portal. For this purpose, eligible voters who wish to vote by post must register for a MySPR account via the link https://myspr.spr.gov.my.
