ATTACK AT THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY, OHIO
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the Embassy of Malaysia in Washington, D.C. is monitoring developments related to the attack at the Ohio State University Main Campus in Columbus, Ohio on 28 November 2016 which injured 11 people. The suspect in the attack was reported to be shot and killed by the authorities.
The Embassy has further confirmed that there were no Malaysian students involved in the incident. There are currently 296 Malaysian students studying at the university.
