BAZAAR RAMADHAN 2016
The Consulate General of Malaysia, Dubai planned to organize Bazaar Ramadhan in the office compound during the Holy month of Ramadhan. The Bazaar will be carried out on every Friday (10 June, 17 June, 24 June and 1 July) from 3.30pm until 6.00pm. PERWAKILAN Dubai has been the backbone of the Bazaar and it's part of their yearly programme.
Stalls will be setup by Malaysians to cater the food lovers that will come from all around UAE. This year more than 10 different stalls selling various types of cuisines were operated by Malaysians residing in Dubai. The event will normally be attended by 150 - 200 Malaysians.
Among food items served were nasi lemak, satay, fried noodles, traditional cakes and drinks. Visitors who came to the bazaar hoped that such event will become a monthly occasion so that the demand for Malaysian delicacies in Dubai could be met.
Meanwhile, the main purpose of this event is to strengthen the relationship among Malaysians through public diplomacy.
