HARI SUKAN NEGARA 2016

The Consulate General of Malaysia and Malaysian Association in Dubai (MY-UAE) co-organised a family day event in conjunction with “Hari Sukan Negara” 2016 on second Saturday of October every year. The auspicious event was carried out at Dubai International School ground, Al Garhoud, Dubai. Among activities held were aerobics, poco-poco dance followed by Bola Sepak Rakyat for men, musical chair for ladies & children and games for kids.
The event was inaugurated by Mr. Yubazlan Yusof, Consul General of Malaysia in Dubai and begun exactly at 8.30 am. Other participants apart from Consulate General staffs were Malaysian professionals working with established companies such as Eversendai, Operon Middle East, Petronas, DK-Schweizer and Emirates airlines staffs. A total of 300 - 350 Malaysian including their families attended this event.
The event ended at 11.30 am. The activity had achieved its objective where all Malaysians worked their socks out for the success of the Hari Sukan Negara and it is also one of the public diplomacy programs to reach out to the hearts of Malaysians abroad.
