Tan Sri Dato Seri Siti Norma Yaakob - DIFC Court Judge

YBhg. Tan Sri Dato Seri Siti Norma Yaakob has been appointed as one of the six judges at the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) Courts since 30 January 2008.  She is the first female judge at the DIFC Courts.  Indeed, Tan Sri Norma was also the first female judge in Malaysia.  She was sworn in as the Chief Judge of Malaysia on 8 February 2005 and retired in 2007.  Tan Sri is expected to end her tenure as one of the judges at the DIFC Courts by end of this year.
