YB Datuk Richard, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Attended the Maritme Piracy Conference in Dubai

YB Datuk Richard Riot, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs led the Malaysian delegation at the Conference on global challenge, regional responses: forging a commom approach to maritime piracy in Dubai from 18-19 April 2011.  YB Datuk Richard also delivered two speeches during the plenary session on 18 and 19 April , respectively on the Malaysian efforts in combating maritime piracy in particular to the incident on 21 January 2011 with the Somalian pirates.
