The 11th Plenary Meeting of the Global Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism (GICNT) was held in Buenos Aires, Argentina from 6 to 7 June 2019. Malaysia delegation was headed by Mr. Sanmugan Subramaniam, Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of Malaysia in Argentina with the representative from Atomic Energy Licensing Board, Malaysia (AELB). At the meeting, Minister Counsellor delivered Malaysia’s national statement during the plenary session.
