11 April 2020 - President of Argentina has announced the second extension of the mandatory quarantine for another 14 days to 26 April 2020. In the announcement, the President stated that based on the government first forecasts, they should have had 45,000 cases by now. However, with the partial lockdown implemented since 20 March, there are only 1975 cases with 82 deaths. In this regard, the President highlighted that it is important to continue with the mandatory quarantine for all to stay at home and adhere to social distancing.
