On 9 November 2017, Dato’ Mohd Khalid Abbasi Abdul Razak, Ambassador held a meeting with Secretary of Sports, Mr. Carlos Javier Mac Allister. The meeting was held as to discuss and coordinate better relations in sports between both countries and finalising of a MOU in Sports. Secretary Mac Allister is a former Argentine National footballer and Boca Juniors and Racing player was appointed to the post equivalent of a deputy minister in 2015 and been a prime mover in Argentine sports development and advancement.
