On 22 January 2020, Handing over of ASEAN Committee in Buenos Aires (ACBA) chairmanship program was held at the Embassy of Vietnam and followed by a lunch which was hosted by Madam Lingling, Ambassador of Philipines. We strive for the best as the ASEAN Way and will do better this year.
