On 2 May 2017, the Ambassador received a visit from Datuk Eduardo A. Sandos, Former Argentine Ambassador to Malaysia (1991-1996) and Amb. Mario Schuff, Former Argentine Ambassador to the Philippines. Both the retired ambassadors are now Advisors of Chamber of Commerce for Asia and The Pacific and also senior members of The Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI), an independent think-tank and publisher in the field of foreign relations in Argentina.
