21 July 2020 - Camara Del Asia, Argentine Chamber of Commerce for Asia the Pacific, and MATRADE co-organised a Webinar on Commercial Opportunities between Malaysia and Argentina through Jitsi Meet app. Official from the Malaysian Embassy in Buenos Aires participated in the event and shared the current state of bilateral relations between Malaysia and Argentina as well as its bilateral trade figures that could be improved with more business engagements between the two countries. Former Ambassador of Argentina to Malaysia, Ambassador Eduardo Sadous also shared his views on business opportunities between the two countries.
The session ended with a presentation by Malaysia Trade Commissioner, Mr Wan Ahmad Tarmizi Wan Idris on Improving Business between Malaysia and Argentina, followed by Q&A. More than 80 participants registered for the Webinar. The Embassy of Malaysia would like to thank Camara Del Asia and MATRADE for organizing the event and looking forward to more events and activities that could be organised together to increase the bilateral trade and further strengthening the bilateral relations between both countries .
