Perwakilan Melbourne High Tea Functon with Datin Norma Norell was held on Saturday, 15/8/2015 from 1.45 till 4 pm. More than 50 people attended the said function that saw Datin Norma Norell spoke on manners and etiquette among others. Datin NoorZulaikha, Chairperson for Perwakilan Melbourne gave the official remarks. Dr Rameez as the Patron of Perwakilan Melbourne thanked the Perwakilan Melbourne Ladies for organising such event.
