| Kindly be informed that once your status in the online application showed ready for collection, you may collect the certificate at Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia in Putrajaya, Sarawak Branch and Sabah Branch or any of the Malaysian Embassy / High Commission / Consulate General abroad. However, it is advisable to contact the said Malaysian Embassies / High Commissions / Consulates beforehand to ease the process of collection. You may obtain the contact number of the relevant Malaysian Embassies / High Commissions / Consulates at http://www.kln.gov.my/web/guest/malaysian-mission.
In Australia, you can collect at the High Commission of Malaysia in Canberra, Consulate General of Malaysia in Melbourne or in Perth. For your information, we don’t have office in Sydney or Adelaide.

Due to the seriousness of the state government's advice on social distancing, collection of the Certificate of Good Conduct at the Consulate General of Malaysia in Melbourne is via Postal service only:
Please send to us the following items by post: • Photocopy of passport biodata page • Print-out of acknowledgement of application / applicant’s bio-data page from the system • Fee for one certificate : AUD10.00 by postal money order / bank draft payable to Consulate General of Malaysia Melbourne (no bank transfer) • Telephone no. & e-mail address • Self-addressed pre-paid return envelope (preferably express-post with tracking number) or a self-addressed envelope with stamp attached.
