The Melbourne Consular Corps Annual Dinner was held yesterday evening (Wednesday, 12/3/2014) at the Australian Club, 110 William Street, Melbourne CBD. The event which started at 7 pm ended at about 10 pm with the departure of the guest of honour H.E Alex Chernov (Governor of Victoria). Nearly 75 members of the Consular Corps including 25 Consul Generals attended the event which saw the Governor of Victoria speak on the greater involvement of the Consular Corps in the State of Victoria that has further strengthen relations between Victoria and nations that members of the Consular Corps represent.
