The Consulate General of Malaysia in Perth organized a ‘solat hajat’ (special prayer) to seek help from Allah the Almighty to protect the country and the people from any undesirable diseases following the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in China and other countries, including Malaysia. The prayer was held at Malaysia Hall Perth on 1 March 2020.
