The Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice (CPCJ) held its seventeenth session in Vienna, Austria from 14 to 18 April 2008.

The Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice (CPCJ) held its seventeenth session in Vienna, Austria from 14 to 18 April 2008. The          Commission was chaired by Mr. Kenjika Linus Ekedede of Nigeria and assisted by three (3) Vice-Chairmen/Chairperson, Mr. Victor Postolachi     (Maldova) as the First Vice-Chairman (V-C), Ambassador Luis Alberto     Padilla (Guatemala) as the Second V-C and Ms. Marie Gervais-Vidricaire (Canada) as the Third V-C.  The rapporteur was Ms. Spica Tutuhatunewa of Indonesia. Besides H.E Dato’ Mohd Arshad M. Hussain as Head of Delegation and an officer of the Embassy, Malaysia was also represented by two other delegates from the respective Ministry of Home Affairs and Royal Malaysian Police at this Meeting.
