Lazaro, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines, on the topic “Leading Southeast Asia in Turbulent Times: Philippine Priorities as ASEAN Chair” on 11 February 2026 in Vienna.
On the sidelines of the event, the Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of Malaysia congratulated Secretary Theresa on the Philippines' 2026 ASEAN Chairmanship, reaffirming shared commitment to build a more peaceful, prosperous and people-centered ASEAN.
