DHAKA- The Social and Welfare Club of the High Commission of Malaysia participated in the Annual International Charity Fair organised by the American International School Dhaka (AISD) on 8 February 2013. United Kingdom, Malaysia, Indonesia, Canada, Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan and Germany were among the 19 participating countries in the event which was held to showcase the various culinary tradition and cultures of the participating countries to the local and international community in Dhaka. The popular Malaysian traditional cuisines like Nasi lemak, Satay Ayam, Kuah Kacang and Teh Tarik were offered to the visitors that came to visit the Malaysian booth. Her Excellency Madam Norlin Othman, High Commissioner of Malaysia and Adviser of the Social and Welfare Club was given the honour to present the raffle draw prizes to all the lucky winners towards the end of the event.
