DHAKA- Her Excellency Madam Norlin Othman, High Commissioner of Malaysia was invited as guest lecture at the Bangladesh Institute of International and Strategic Studies (BIISS) on 25 August 2013. The lecture on Malaysia and its Foreign Policy was given following the official launching of the “Country Lecture Series” at BIISS Auditorium in Dhaka by Her Excellency Dr. Dipu Moni, MP, Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh. H.E. Ambassador Munshi Faiz Ahmad, Chairman of the Board of Governors, BIISS chaired the session which were also participated by scholars, members of academia, Government officials, policy makers, and local media.
