H.E. Ambassador Zakri Jaafar attended the 3rd International Conference ‘Cyber Security 2019’ hosted by the King Fahd Culture Centre, Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 12 March 2019 in Sarajevo. The conference is held annually with participants from government officials of BiH, Ministry of Interior, France and international cybersecurity agencies. H.E. Mr. Dragan Mektic, Minister of Security, BiH attended the conference and delivered his remarks during the Opening Ceremony.
For the first time in the Balkans, Malaysian inputs dealing in cybersecurity was presented by Y.Bhg. Dato’ Dr. Amirudin Abdul Wahab, Chief Executive Officer of Cybersecurity Malaysia, who spoke about Malaysia’s experience in dealing and developing its cybersecurity capacity. Dr. Amirudin also took part in a side forum for the youth on Aritificial Intelligence for Cyber Security: Friend and Foe.
