The Malaysian Embassy in Sarajevo hosted a reception on the occasion of the 55th National Day of Malaysia on 26 September 2012. The reception was held at Army House, situated in the city centre.
About 250 guests, comprising senior officials from the various ministries in Bosnia and Herzegovina, members of parliament, foreign diplomats as well as private sector and media representatives were present at the reception. Also present were Malaysian nationals residing in Sarajevo.
On hand to receive the guests were Mr. Mohd Hussain Bakar, Charge d’ Affaires a.i and Mr. Onn Mohamed, Second Secretary (Administration) as well as their spouses and staff of the Embassy.
