The Embassy of Malaysia in Sarajevo, in cooperation with Logo Asian and a local NGO Helping Hands and Hearts Foundation organized a Malaysian Buffet dinner on 20 January 2011 at the Restaurant Vetro at UNITIC Building. Some 100 guests from the local and international community attended in the event.
The charity buffet was part of a series of fundraising activities organised by the NGO Helping Hands and Hearts Foundation for its latest project, a Library and Reading Room in the Primary School in Ilidza scheduled for completion in September 2011.
Malaysian delicacies prepared by PERWAKILAN ladies such as nasi lemak, beef rendang, fried mee hoon, mee hoon/mee laksa, kuih seri muka, kuih lapis, kuih ketayap, jemput pisang and keropok were served. The buffet was a success and it also helped in promoting Malaysian cuisines to the local and international community.
