LAUNCHING OF CAMIL SIJARIC BADMINTON CLUB, 30 APRIL 2008
In April 2008, the Embassy of Malaysia in Sarajevo launched the Camil Sijaric Badminton Club [Camil Sijaric school was reconstructed with Malaysian funds and officially opened on 29 October 1997 by YAB Dato? Sri Najib Tun Razak, the then Minister of Education]. The establishment of the club is aimed at promoting badminton to schools in BH. It was made possible due to contributions from Malaysian businessmen operating in BH. The club has presently 40 members. The project has created a lot of interest. Discussions are currently being held with a local company to prepare for an inter-school badminton tournament in 2009.

U aprilu 2008, ambasada Malezije u Sarajevu osnovala je badminton klub ?amil Sijari? (?amil Sijari? ?kola obnovljana je pomo?u Malezijskih fondova i slu?beno otvorena 29 oktobra 1997 od strane YAB Dato Sri najib Tun Razak, tada?njeg Ministra obrazovanja) Cilj otvaranja badminton kluba je njegova promocija u ?kolama BiH. Tako?er njegovo otvaranje omogu?ili su malezijski biznismeni u BiH. Trenutno klub ima 40 ?lanova. Radi se tako?er i na ideji da se sa lokalnim kompanijama organizuje badminton turnir izme?u ?kola u 2009 godini.
