H.E. Anuar Kasman, Malaysian Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina attended the “Grapos-Expo 2014” in Gracanica, Tuzla Canton on 22 April 2014. Gracanica is located about 180 km from Sarajevo.
This was an annual event organized by the Canton in collaboration with the Tuzla Chamber of Commerce. It was officiated by Mr. Bahreja Umihanic, Premier of Tuzla Canton. Representatives from diplomatic missions as well as local entrepreneurs and officials attended the event.
There were various exhibitors representing a wide range of business activities including agriculture, food production, handicraft, construction and tourism. Apart from local companies, private sector representatives from Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Italy, Bulgaria and Germany also participated at the fair.
The event was to promote collaboration between the local business sector and their foreign counterparts, as well as to provide useful information about the various investment opportunities.
