1.  LETTER OF GOOD CONDUCT

 

All applications for the Certificate of Good Conduct (which is available in English) must be made online via the Official eKonsular website at here. (https://ekonsular.kln.gov.my)

 


You may refer to the status after two weeks of submission. Once you have completed and submitted your online application, you will need to wait until you received an email notification confirming that the certificate is ready for collection. 

 

2.  ATTESTATION/WITNESSING AND NOTARIAL SERVICE

 

Documents originating from Malaysia such as Statutory Declarations, Sales and Purchase Agreement, Power of Attorney, etc. requires attestation by the Consular Division.

 

Documents needed for authentication are:

a) Passport and identity card (original and photocopy).

b) Document issued by Malaysian authorities (original and photocopy).

c) BAM5.00 per signature (cash).

 

3.  CERTIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS

 

Certification of Malaysian documents such as birth certificates, school certificates, etc.

a) Passport and identity card (original and photocopy).

b) Original document and photocopy.

c) BAM5.00 per document (cash).

 

4.  LEGALISATION OF DOCUMENTS


Documents issued by the local authorities in the Bosnia and Herzegovina are to be authenticated/legalised by Ministry of Foreign Affair of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
