H.E. Dato’ Raja Reza, on 8 August 2022, joined other ASEAN Heads of Diplomatic Mission in Bandar Seri Begawan for the Flag Hoisting Ceremony to commemorate the 55th Anniversary of ASEAN. The event was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brunei Darussalam at International Convention Centre, Berakas. It was also attended by the Heads of the Diplomatic Mission from ASEAN Dialogue Partners.
The ceremony began with the hoisting of the ASEAN Flag and the singing of ASEAN anthem. It was followed by a reception hosted by H.E. Emaleen Abd Rahman Teo, Permanent Secretary (ASEAN) and ASEAN Brunei Darussalam SOM Leader in which she delivered a speech.
