HRH Hosts Dinner for Malaysian Foreign Minister
Brunei-Muara - The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah and Her Royal Highness Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Zariah last night hosted a dinner for the minister's Malaysian counterpart, Dato' Seri Syed Hamid Albar and his spouse, Datin Seri Sharifah Aziah Syed Zainal Abidin.
The dinner was held at the Empire Hotel and Country Club's Pantai Restaurant.
Dato' Seri Syed Hamid Albar is in the country to lead a delegation from Malaysia taking part in the Brunei-Malaysia MFA (Ministries of Foreign Affairs) Games.
It is the first time that the MFA Games have been organised, with the aim of enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries.
His Royal Highness expressed his pleasure at welcoming the Malaysian guests in Brunei, and said that the games had strengthened ties and brought everybody together as friends.
His Royal Highness also passed the Brunei ministry's best wishes to their friends and colleagues in Malaysia.
Earlier yesterday, Her Royal Highness Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Zariah presented prizes to the participants of the MFA Games.
