H.E Raja Dato' Reza, on 29 October 2022, officiated Tourism Malaysia’s pavilion to mark its participation at the Sabre Brunei Travel Fair. Besides the High Commissioner, the ribbon-cutting ceremony was also performed by Captain Sabirin Haji Abdul Hamid, Chairman of Sabre Travel Network (Brunei) Sdn Bhd and Puan Latifah Ismail, Deputy Director, Tourism Malaysia's Brunei Office.
Joining Tourism Malaysia in Brunei at the Sabre Brunei Travel Fair this year were Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council, Tiara Labuan Hotel, Melaka River Cruise, Ming Garden Hotel & Residences, Malaysia Aviation Group, as well as State Tourism Boards from Sabah and Sarawak.
The 17th edition of Sabre Brunei Travel Fair took place at OneCity Shopping Centre, Bandar Seri Begawan, from 29 to 30 October 2022, after an absence of two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
