On 25 August 2022, H.E. Dato' Raja Reza and officials of the High Commission of Malaysia visited the newly completed '333 Commercial Centre' in Kuala Belait. The project, one of the district's biggest commercial centres, was developed by a Malaysian-owned company, San Hin Welding and Construction, which has been involved in various development projects in Brunei over the past 30 years.
H.E. Dato' Raja Reza was given a short tour of the development site by Mr Tang Kee Hoon, Chief Executive Officer of the company and other business partners who are also Malaysians. During the brief tour, H.E. Dato' Raja Reza and the entourage were given an overview of the project as well as the company's previous, ongoing, and future projects in the country.
