The all Malaysian final saw Rozalah Hashim emerge champion and Norasikin Rahim runner-up. Rozalah Hashim and her Thai partner, Bunpa Petprao also emerged champion of the women?s doubles; while Malaysian Farah Hazrina and Indonesian Dian Kusumangningsih were runner up. A total of 48 participants from the ASEAN diplomatic community in Ottawa took part in the tournament hosted by the Malaysian High Commission in Ottawa. The final results of the tournament are as follows:
