On 12 March 2024, CDA a.i. participated in a webinar entitled "Pre-Departure Information Session of Team Canada Trade Mission to Malaysia and Vietnam," where he presented insights on "Business Cultural and Etiquette in Malaysia" to all attendees of the Team Canada Trade Mission.
The audience, which comprised approximately 135 prospective stakeholders including businessmen, investors, and officials from Global Affairs Canada, actively participated in the session.
