Rumah Malaysia was filled with joy and warmth as we hosted our Eid Open House, welcoming nearly 300 guests to celebrate Eid al-Fitr together. Guests were treated to a mouthwatering selection of authentic Malaysian raya dishes, including lemang, pulut kuning, nasi himpit, nasi tomato, chicken curry, sayur lodeh, a variety of traditional kuih raya, and teh tarik to complete the feast!
To bring the festive spirit to life, we incorporated stunning decorations, including a traditional rumah kampung backdrop for the photo area, beautiful ketupat decor and colourful lights.
This event not only showcased Malaysia's vibrant culture but also strengthened the bonds of friendship and unity among all those who joined in the celebration.
