The Women Heads of Diplomatic Missions in Ottawa (WHDMO) marked the International Day of Women in Diplomacy this year with The Honourable Foreign Minister Anita Anand as their guest of honour.
In an intimate meeting over breakfast, the FM and the ambassadors discussed contemporary issues, geopolitics and Canada’s Foreign Policy. FM Anand, fresh from her visit to the ASEAN PMC in KL, spoke to Malaysian High Commissioner Dr Shazelina on her impressions from her inaugural ASEAN meeting.
