High Commissioner of Malaysia to Canada, Her Excellency Dato’ Hayati Ismail undertook a day visit to the TRT-ETGO Head Office and the TRT-ETGO Oil Seed Crushing and Refinery Facility in Becancour, Quebec on 30 March 2011.

The site visit was arranged by Malaysian Trade Commissioner Mrs. Zalela Jaafar. Twin River Technologies or TRT is part of Malaysia’s Federal Land and Development Authority (FELDA). The Becancour plant is TRT’s joint venture effort with Canadian company ETGO du Quebec. It is one of Malaysia’s largest investments in Canada.
