The High Commission of Malaysia held its third Sistem Pentadbiran Kerajaan Malaysia (SPKM) meeting at the High Commission’s office in Ottawa on 29 October 2010. Malaysia’s Permanent Representative to the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) based in Montreal, Dato’ Kok Soo Chon, ICAO Technical Officer Ms. Tay Siew-Huang, Trade Commissioner Ms. Zalela Jaafar based in Toronto, as well as Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board Ms. Kausar Kassim based in Vancouver attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by High Commissioner Selwyn Das and also attended by Minister-Counsellor at the High Commission of Malaysia Mr. Mohamed Hatimi Abas.
