His Excellency Selwyn Das and Madam Renuka Das attended the graduation ceremony of Malaysian Captain Huzaifah Mohamed Lasin who successfully concluded a four months English language course under Canada's Military Training and Co-operation Program in Ottawa. The graduation ceremony was held on 3 December 2009 at the Asticou Centre in Gatineau, Quebec.
