High Commissioner Dr Shazelina actively participated in a roundtable discussion hosted by the Macdonald-Laurier Institute, titled Canada's Evolving Role in the Indo-Pacific.
The discussion brought together Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, as well as Global Affairs Canada, various business leaders, other think tanks, and academicians.
Discussions focused on Canada's Indo-Pacific Strategy (CIPS) and examined ways to strengthen partnerships that are responsive to regional priorities amid an increasingly complex global landscape.
