Asia desde Malasia

I have written this book 'Asia From Malaysia' with the purpose of letting the world know how wonderful experience I had, living in Malaysia during 3 years. The kindness and friendship of our neighbors, work mates, people who attended us at restaurants, hotels, even at the supermarket I used to go. This marvelous country made me feel at home. I have to mention the diversity of cultures, religions, believes accents and food as captivating. The weather as well, as I have a strong preference for tropical seasons rather than for four season countries.
But I wrote not only about Malaysia in this book. I had the great opportunity of traveling all over Asia and discovering all those new places as Cambodia, Vietnam, China, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan and India. Each one with it's particular culture, religion, food and lifestyle. It was amazing to realize that all though you can find an incredible diversity in each one, all people live their lives with the strong spirit of being better human beings so finally the world is a better place to live in.
'Asia from Malaysia' allows the reader to experience the adventures I had in Malaysia and all these countries that conform Asia. It serves, for those that have the intention of traveling through the Asian continent, the purpose of a tourist guide in an informal and anecdotic manner.
The sense of humor that it is written combined with the quality of information makes a perfect mixture of an amusing reading conducing the reader though weddings, temples, famous cities, historical places, and the personal experiences of a Chilean woman.
The book was launched on 12 November 2008.
