Attending the launch of the First Halal Indian Restaurant in Santiago, Chile

Attending the launch of the First Halal Indian Restaurant in Santiago, Chile and Diwali Celebration in Chile this evening, Tuesday 10/11/2015. The Raj is the first ever halal Indian Restaurant and can fit 150 patrons at one time. It is located at Avenue Manuel Montt 1855, Providencia, Santiago and two of the chefs are Moslems. I met Mr. Harish Kasula, the Operations Manager and was told that the owner has another 3 branches located in Canada. It operates from 12 till 11.30pm everyday. The restaurant even served dosa the first of its kind in the whole of Chile, and what more my favourite dish!
