Attending the Opening Ceremony of the EXPO APEMEC 2016 held at Espacio Riesco this morning at 8 a.m. (Wednesday, 29 June 2016). APEMEC is the Association of Small and Medium Hydro-Electric Plant and the said ceremony being attended by H.E. Alberto Undurraga, Minister of Public Work and HE Maximo Pacheco, Minister of Energy.
