Malaysia, through the International Languages Training Institute offers scholarships to help professionals improve their English Language skills for four weeks in Kuala Lumpur.
Andrés Saavedra applied through the International Cooperation Agency (AGCI) in April this year after taking the Michigan test and obtaining the necessary score to apply for the scholarship.
The course entitled English for Effective Communication I and II will take place at the International Languages Training Institute from 02nd - 27th July.
