Conference Talk By the President of the Republic of Turkey, H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdogan whom is currently on an Official Visit to Chile. The talk being jointly organised by the Economic Commission for Latin America & the Caribbean (ECLAC or in Spanish known as CEPAL) with the Embassy of Turkey in Chile. The talk being held at the ECLAC HQ located at Av Dag Hammarskjold, Vitacura. The talk held this afternoon (Monday, 1/2/2016) also saw attendance by almost all members of the diplomatic corps in Chile.
