I'm a Marine biologist who is ending her master's degree in Aquaculture in the Catholic University of North (Chile). In March 2008 I found in the website of AGCI (Chile?s International Cooperation Agency) a scholarship offer for a training course in Malaysia, through MTCP (Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme). I decided to apply to 'Macrobrachiumrosenbergii aquaculture management course'.
