Malaysia through the Lenses of a Chilean Photographer
Last August 2007, José Manuel Domínguez Soto went to Malaysia courtesy of the Malaysia Airlines and Tourism Malaysia under the familiarisation programme. He was witnessed to the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Independence at Putra Jaya. For the next two weeks, he travelled to Sabah and the interior photographing the beauty and wonders that is Malaysia.

Profile
I was born professionally with the necessity of expressing my ideas, rather abstract and not very literal, but always in order to find communion with the differences. My interest in memory is a recurrent element, because it seems to me that it is the element that grants meaning and attractive to people and objects. I prepared myself in Australia and in Chile, and I define myself as disciplined, methodical, self?confident, fast, creative and with a great ability to work.
