Meeting held with Mr Pablo Urria Hering, Director for Bilateral Economic Affairs of Chile this morning (Tuesday, 2/8/2016). Mr Urria is also in charge of matters... pertaining to Pacific Alliances. The meeting deliberated on the guidelines to become observer to the Pacific Alliances currently, there are 49 observer states and three from ASEAN(Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand).
