Meeting with Ambassador Gloria Navarrete Pinto, Director General of Ceremonial and Protocol of Chile this afternoon (Tuesday, 26/4/2016) to convey formal invitations for HE President Michelle Bachelet of Chile to attend the 12th World Islamic Economic Forum from 2-4 August 2016; and to attend the International Conference on Blue Ocean Strategy from 16-18 August 2016.
Also conveyed is the message of condolences from YAB Prime Minister of Malaysia to the people and Government of Chile on the recent passing of former Presidenf Patricio Aylwin of the Republic of Chile.
During the said meeting with Ambassador Gloria whom is also the Chief Protocol to the President of Chile, Dr Rameez deliberated on a proposal by PEMANDU Malaysia for Chile to hold a Global Transformation Forum (GTF 2016) with kind collaboration of PEMANDU Malaysia to be held in Santiago sometime in November/December 2016.
