The Embassy had the honour of welcoming YBhg. Puan Norsham binti Abdul Latip, Deputy Secretary-General (Natural Resources) of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability (NRES) Malaysia, during her visit to Santiago to attend the 6th Global Conference on Biodiversity Finance.
During the meeting, discussions focused on Malaysia’s environmental priorities and international cooperation in the area of biodiversity finance. The meeting was later joined by a representative from a hydrogen energy company, reflecting growing interest in sustainable and renewable energy collaboration.
